infovgc.com is run by Oriol Gonzalez Garcia, based in Spain. Contact: shiny@shinyreport.com. Further identification details (tax ID) are provided on request to anyone with a legitimate interest and to the authorities.

What data is processed

• No sign-up. infovgc doesn't ask for your name, email or any other data to use the site.
• Newsletter (optional). If you subscribe to the weekly report, your email, language, sign-up date and the page you signed up from are stored, only to send you the report. They are deleted when you unsubscribe (with the link in every email or by writing to shiny@shinyreport.com). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Technical connection data. To serve the site, the server receives your IP address and what your browser sends. No access logs are kept with it.
• Visit statistics. Visits are counted with Umami Cloud (Umami Software), which uses no cookies and doesn't store your IP or anything that identifies you: only aggregate figures such as page views, referring site, country, browser and device type. Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing which parts of the site are used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Advertising. The site shows Google AdSense ads. Google may use cookies and identifiers to serve and measure ads, personalised only if you consent in the cookie notice. See how Google uses cookies in advertising.
• Third-party images. Some sprites load from PokémonDB, which receives your IP when serving them.

Cookies

• Technical (required, no consent needed): the app's security cookie (_streamlit_xsrf) and the one that stores your cookie-notice choice.
• Advertising (with your consent): Google AdSense cookies. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time from the cookie notice, or delete them in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

Technical data is processed to run and secure the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Advertising cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Providers

The server is hosted by OVHcloud (European Union). The domain uses Cloudflare for DNS. Ads are handled by Google Ireland Ltd.; Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to shiny@shinyreport.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Pokémon and its names and images are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak and The Pokémon Company. infovgc is not affiliated with them or with Limitless. Tournament data comes from Limitless.
