How the team plays

Golisopod (Mega) is the team's physical attacker: Adamant with Iron Head, Leech Life and Sucker Punch behind Protect, at 187 Attack. It also runs Raichu (Mega X) as an alternative Mega: only one can Mega Evolve per battle.

Pelipper sets rain and Basculegion-F takes advantage of it.

Raichu (Mega X) provides Fake Out: that is how it gets the free turn without spending a setup move.

Raichu (Mega X) sits at 143 Speed, 3 points above Sneasler's 140, so no teammate takes the turn from it. It runs no speed control: it relies on hitting hard before the opponent moves.

Basculegion-F is the spread attacker: Muddy Water hits both foes at once.

Pelipper carries Wide Guard, the practical answer to Ground: blocking Earthquake is more reliable than surviving it.

Pelipper carries Wide Guard, the practical answer to Electric: blocking Discharge is more reliable than surviving it.

Pelipper carries Wide Guard, the practical answer to Fire: blocking Heat Wave is more reliable than surviving it.

The spreads are the generic 32/32 ones and have not been tuned to specific benchmarks.

Team by Sittinon Roumsuk, who took it to Thailand PBL 2027 (10th).

We build each spread against the most used Pokémon in the meta and around its teammates: the Speed that pays off most (counting the team's Tailwind or Trick Room) and just enough bulk to survive one or two hits from the threats no other member already handles, with the rest into attack. It's an estimate on the Pokémon Champions scale (0–32 per stat, 66 in total), because players don't publish their real spreads.
