Floette-Eternal (Mega) is the team's special attacker: Modest with Calm Mind, Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam behind Protect, at 192 Special Attack. It needs one free turn to set up, and the rest of the team is built to provide it. It also runs Raichu (Mega Y) as an alternative Mega: only one can Mega Evolve per battle.
Rillaboom's Grassy Terrain is used for reducing Earthquake and Bulldoze damage and activating Volcarona's Grassy Seed for +1 Defense.
Incineroar works as a pivot next to Floette-Eternal (Mega): Intimidate lowers both foes' Attack; Parting Shot lets it switch out without losing the turn.
Incineroar, Rillaboom and Raichu (Mega Y) provide Fake Out and Rillaboom hits with priority through Grassy Glide: that is how it gets the free turn without spending a setup move.
Raichu (Mega Y) is the fastest at 165 Speed, followed by Volcarona at 132. It runs no speed control: it relies on hitting hard before the opponent moves.
Volcarona is the spread attacker: Heat Wave hits both foes at once.
The Rock, Poison and Ground weaknesses are unresolved: Volcarona takes 4× from Rock, 2 of the six are weak to Poison and 2 of the six are weak to Ground.
The spreads are the generic 32/32 ones and have not been tuned to specific benchmarks.

What each attacking type does to each member based on its types (abilities and items don't count). Weak and resist count how many take it badly or well.

We build each spread against the most used Pokémon in the meta and around its teammates: the Speed that pays off most (counting the team's Tailwind or Trick Room) and just enough bulk to survive one or two hits from the threats no other member already handles, with the rest into attack. It's an estimate on the Pokémon Champions scale (0–32 per stat, 66 in total), because players don't publish their real spreads.
