The Regionals left in Europe
Victory Road's calendar, updated on October 25, 2026, leaves these dates for the rest of the season in Europe. Special Championships award the same points as a Regional, but no prize money. The European International Championships, in London from February 19 to 21, 2027, are a step up: more points and tougher competition.
| Tournament | Dates | Type |
|---|---|---|
| Stuttgart (Alemania) | November 28-29, 2026 | Regional |
| Birmingham (Reino Unido) | January 30-31, 2027 | Regional |
| Londres (Reino Unido) | February 19-21, 2027 | International |
| Lisboa (Portugal) | April 10-11, 2027 | Special Championship |
| Praga (Chequia) | May 8-9, 2027 | Regional |
| Utrecht (Países Bajos) | May 22-23, 2027 | Regional |
| Bolonia (Italia) | June 5-6, 2027 | Special Championship |
How registration works
All official registrations are online, on each tournament's RK9 page, and you pay on the spot. Before paying you have to accept the Championship Series Competitor Agreement. And each player can only play one Regional tournament per event: if the Regional runs VGC, the TCG and GO at the same time, you pick one.
The most important warning is about spots. Victory Road notes that registrations sell out quickly, and in its October 25 summary the Masters divisions of Stuttgart and the Latin America International were already listed as sold out, even though RK9 still showed registration as open for the event. The practical takeaway: for Masters, register on the day registration opens.
What it costs and what happens if you can't go
The Stuttgart RK9 page is a good example of what a European Regional costs and how its deadlines work. Registration closes on November 25, 2026 at 23:59 Berlin time, and refunds carry a deduction that grows as the event approaches. Registrations can't be transferred to someone else.
| Item | Stuttgart 2027 |
|---|---|
| Juniors and Seniors | 40 euros |
| Masters | 70 euros |
| Refund until November 11 | Minus a 20% fee |
| Refund from November 12 to 22 | Minus a 40% fee |
| From November 23 | No refund |
So you don't miss out
This is our take, based on how spots have sold out this season. Have your RK9 profile complete before registration opens, with your Player ID typed correctly; follow the Play! Pokémon accounts, which announce when each event opens; and have your trip planned before paying, because refunds are never full.
And choose sensibly: a nearby Regional in January may teach you more than a faraway one in November that you rush into. The full tournament calendar and the results of the ones already played are in our tournaments section.
